Application Developer

As an Application Developer in Mumbai, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to precisely meet evolving business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with diverse teams to deeply understand their needs, followed by the development of robust solutions. A key focus will be ensuring seamless application functionality within the existing infrastructure. You will actively engage in complex problem-solving activities, contribute to critical decision-making processes, and meticulously manage the development lifecycle to deliver high-quality applications that demonstrably align with overarching business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate effectively and manage the team to achieve project goals.
• Take ownership and responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple stakeholder teams and contribute significantly to key decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to problems for both your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to cultivate and enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress diligently and ensure the timely delivery of application features.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must have proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies is essential.
• Demonstrated experience with system integration and data migration processes.
• Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Additional Information:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture is required.
• This position is based in Mumbai, India.
• A 15-year full-time educational qualification is a prerequisite.
