About The Role
Project Role: Application Developer
Project Role Description: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. This involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to project success, and manage your team's workflow and priorities effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure performance.
- Be responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
