Application Developer Role at Accenture in Kolkata

Accenture is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join their team in Kolkata. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements.

A typical day will involve close collaboration with various teams to understand and gather requirements, developing innovative and efficient solutions, and ensuring that all applications align seamlessly with overarching business objectives. You will also play a crucial part in testing and troubleshooting applications to optimize performance and enhance user experience. Continuous improvement and optimization of the development process will be a key focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage team members to achieve project goals.
• Be responsible for making key team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
• Provide effective solutions to problems for both immediate and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to foster team growth and capability enhancement.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and debug applications.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components is required.

Education: A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
