About the Role

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also play a key part in problem-solving activities, providing essential support and enhancements to existing applications while actively staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Expected to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage teams to perform development tasks.
• Take ownership of team decisions and technical direction.
• Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
• Provide effective solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster growth.
• Monitor project progress diligently and ensure the timely delivery of application features.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
• Experience with integrating SAP modules with other business applications.
• Familiarity with database management and data modeling principles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in SAP for Utilities Billing.
• This position is based at our office in Kolkata.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
