About The Role
As an Application Developer in Kolkata, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications align with overarching business objectives. You will actively engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to critical decision-making processes, and manage the development lifecycle to deliver high-quality applications that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Collaborate with and manage teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Be responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance overall team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure the timely delivery of application features.
