About the Role

As an Application Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to precisely meet evolving business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with diverse teams to thoroughly understand their needs, subsequently developing innovative solutions that align seamlessly with overarching business objectives. A key responsibility will be ensuring that all applications are meticulously optimized for peak performance and intuitive usability. Furthermore, you will actively engage in critical problem-solving activities, offering insightful recommendations to enhance application functionality and elevate the overall user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• A strong grasp of application design principles and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with integration techniques and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• The ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information:

• A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture is mandatory.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office, offering a dynamic work environment.
• A prerequisite of 15 years of full-time education is required for this role.
