Application Developer

About The Role

As an Application Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet diverse business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with various teams to deeply understand their needs, followed by the development of innovative solutions. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that the applications developed are seamlessly aligned with overarching business objectives. You will actively engage in problem-solving activities, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are part of and ensuring the efficiency and user-friendliness of the applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate with, and manage the team to achieve project goals.
• Take ownership of team decisions and strategic direction.
• Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
• Provide effective solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across various other teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to continuously enhance team capabilities and expertise.
• Monitor project progress meticulously and ensure the timely delivery of application features.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and its extensive capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

• The candidate is expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience, specifically in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
• This position is based at our Accenture office in Kolkata.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
