Application Developer Intern

About the Role

We are offering a structured remote internship for freshers who want to begin a career in application development. The role provides practical exposure to designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications while working with programming technologies, APIs, databases, and modern development tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and developing software applications based on project requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code using relevant programming languages and frameworks (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Develop and integrate application features, APIs, and third-party services.
• Work with databases to store, retrieve, update, and manage application data (SQL/NoSQL).
• Assist in developing responsive and user-friendly application interfaces.
• Test applications to identify bugs, errors, and performance issues; debug and troubleshoot as needed.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs where required.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and usability using Git version-control practices.
• Document code, technical approaches, development processes, and project progress clearly.
• Collaborate with remote team members to complete assigned tasks and deliverables on time.

Requirements:

• Suitable for freshers or college students interested in application/ software development.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts, object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL or NoSQL concepts.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON is beneficial.
• Knowledge of frontend or backend frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with application testing and debugging techniques.
• Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines responsibly.
