About the Role

Join AbsoluteHub for a structured remote internship designed for freshers eager to launch their careers in application development. This 3-month paid program offers practical exposure to designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using modern programming technologies, APIs, databases, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and developing software applications based on project requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code using relevant languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Develop and integrate application features, APIs, and third-party services.
• Work with databases to store, retrieve, update, and manage data (SQL/NoSQL).
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces; test for bugs and performance issues.
• Debug applications and implement solutions efficiently.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services using REST APIs.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and usability.
• Use Git for version control to manage source code effectively.
• Document technical approaches, development processes, and project progress clearly.
• Collaborate with remote team members in India and complete deliverables on time.

Requirements

• Freshers interested in application or software development (Computer Science background preferred).
• Basic understanding of programming concepts, OOP, and at least one language (Java/Python/JavaScript/C#).
• Basics of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and REST APIs with JSON.
• Knowledge of frontend/backend frameworks is a plus; familiarity with Git/testing tools beneficial.
• Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
