Application Developer Intern
This is a structured 3-month remote internship offered by AbsoluteHub for freshers eager to begin a career in application development. You will gain practical exposure to designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using modern programming technologies, APIs, databases, and development tools.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing software applications based on project requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code using relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Develop and integrate application features, APIs, and third-party services.
- Work with databases to store, retrieve, update, and manage application data.
- Assist in developing responsive and user-friendly application interfaces.
- Test applications to identify bugs, errors, and performance issues; debug and troubleshoot as needed.
- Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs where required.
- Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and usability.
- Use Git and version-control practices to manage source code and development workflows.
- Document code, technical approaches, development processes, and project progress clearly.
- Collaborate with remote team members and complete assigned tasks on time.
Requirements:
Ideal for freshers or candidates interested in application/software development. A basic understanding of programming concepts (OOP) is required.
Familiarity with at least one language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C# etc., and knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), REST APIs, Git, testing/debugging techniques are beneficial assets.
