Application Developer

As an Application Developer at Accenture in Hyderabad, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet critical business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with diverse teams to understand their needs, developing robust solutions that align with overarching business objectives, and ensuring applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also actively participate in problem-solving, providing essential support and enhancements to existing applications, all while adhering to best practices and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain.
• Collaborate with and manage teams to execute development tasks.
• Take ownership of team decisions and outcomes.
• Engage with multiple cross-functional teams to contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to foster team growth and capability enhancement.
• Monitor project progress diligently to ensure the timely delivery of application features.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) is essential.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of application development methodologies is required.
• Experience with the integration of financial applications is beneficial.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and tools is a plus.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) is required.
• A full-time education spanning 15 years is a mandatory qualification.
