Application Developer

As an Application Developer at Accenture in Hyderabad, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet diverse business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with various teams to deeply understand their needs, followed by the development of innovative solutions that align perfectly with overarching business objectives. A key focus will be ensuring applications are optimized for peak performance and user-friendliness. You will also actively participate in problem-solving, providing essential support and enhancements to existing applications, while remaining at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), fostering collaboration and guiding the team's performance.
• Take ownership of team decisions and strategic direction.
• Engage effectively with multiple teams, contributing significantly to key decision-making processes.
• Proactively provide solutions to complex problems, both within your immediate team and across multiple departments.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate and enhance overall team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress meticulously, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all application features.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance is a must-have.
• A strong understanding of modern application development methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with integration techniques and tools specifically related to SAP S/4HANA.
• The ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
• Familiarity with agile development practices is highly beneficial.

Additional Information:

• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
