Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, build, and configure applications that align with business process and application requirements. This role demands proficiency in Spring Boot, a strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs, and familiarity with application design patterns. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and database management systems with SQL is also required. The ideal candidate will possess strong team facilitation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels. Responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing teams, making critical decisions, problem-solving for immediate and cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. Shift C is mandatory.
