Application Developer

About The Role

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with various teams to thoroughly understand their needs, followed by the development of solutions that directly align with overarching business objectives. A key aspect of this role is ensuring that developed applications are optimized for both performance and user usability.

You will also actively engage in problem-solving activities, offering essential support and guidance to team members. Continuous improvement of application functionality and user experience will be a constant focus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform development tasks.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems impacting your immediate team and extending across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance overall team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure the timely delivery of application features.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
• Experience with the integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
