Application Developer

Accenture is seeking an Application Developer to join their team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Spring Boot, a solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with the ability to implement security best practices, is also required. Key responsibilities include collaborating with and managing the team, making critical project decisions, providing solutions across multiple teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and mentoring, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery. This role requires strong team facilitation, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and excellent communication skills.
