Project Role: Application Developer

Project Role Description: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert).
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks effectively.
• Responsible for team decisions and overall project direction.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide innovative solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and across various teams.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster growth.

Technical Skills:

• Must Have: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Good to Have: Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5; Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques; Experience in application lifecycle management and deployment strategies; Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Professional Attributes:

• Strong team facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.

Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
