We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. Project Role Description: Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize data pipelines using PySpark and SQL within the Databricks environment to effectively manage large-scale data transformations and batch/streaming workloads.
• Design and implement robust ETL processes by utilizing Databricks notebooks, Delta Lake, and Python-based custom scripts for efficient data ingestion and curation.
• Collaborate closely with Data Analysts and stakeholders to thoroughly understand data requirements and deliver accurate, performant, and reusable data solutions.
• Maintain and monitor the performance of data jobs, identify any performance bottlenecks, and apply advanced tuning techniques to enhance pipeline efficiency on the Databricks platform.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in building scalable, distributed data pipelines utilizing PySpark and Databricks, coupled with a deep understanding of DataFrame APIs and Spark optimization strategies.
• Demonstrated experience with Python for scripting, data manipulation, and integrating third-party libraries within data engineering workflows.
• Expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, complex join operations, and performance tuning across both relational and distributed data stores.
• Experience working with Delta Lake, managing versioned data, handling schema evolution, and implementing CDC (Change Data Capture) scenarios in cloud-based environments.
• Familiarity with best practices in CI/CD, code versioning using Git, and DevOps principles for data projects.

• Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
• Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
