About The Role
The Project Role is Application Developer.
Project Role Description: Design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business process and application requirements.
Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications that precisely meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with various teams to deeply understand their needs, developing innovative solutions that align with overarching business objectives, and ensuring applications are optimized for peak performance and user usability. You will also actively engage in problem-solving, providing crucial support and enhancements to existing applications while ensuring all development adheres to established best practices and organizational standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure optimal performance.
- Take responsibility for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
- Provide effective solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress diligently and ensure timely delivery of application features.
