As an Application Developer at Accenture in Gurugram, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications that precisely meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with diverse teams to deeply understand their needs, architecting and developing innovative solutions, and ensuring seamless alignment of applications with overarching business objectives. You will actively participate in problem-solving initiatives, leveraging your expertise in application development to significantly contribute to project success. This role is expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), involving team collaboration, performance management, and responsibility for team decisions. You will engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute to key strategic decisions, providing solutions to immediate team challenges and across broader organizational units. Facilitating knowledge sharing sessions will be crucial for enhancing team capabilities. Additionally, you will monitor project progress and ensure the timely delivery of all milestones.
