Application Developer

As an Application Developer at Accenture in Gurugram, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet diverse business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with various internal teams to deeply understand their needs, followed by the development of innovative and effective solutions. You will ensure that all applications are seamlessly aligned with overarching business objectives. This role requires active engagement in problem-solving activities, participation in crucial team meetings, and a significant contribution to the overall success of projects by leveraging your expertise in application development. You are expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and guiding your team to achieve project goals and making critical team decisions. You will also engage with multiple cross-functional teams, contributing to key strategic decisions and providing solutions to complex problems that may span across immediate and multiple teams. Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and monitoring project progress to ensure the timely delivery of application features are also key responsibilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries. Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and its extensive capabilities. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

• This position requires a minimum of 7.5 years of experience specifically in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This role is based at our office in Gurugram, India.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this position.
