Application Developer

About the Role

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with team members to gain a thorough understanding of project needs, developing application features, and ensuring that these applications function seamlessly to support overarching business objectives. You will actively engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute innovative ideas aimed at enhancing application performance and improving the overall user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and develop into a subject matter expert (SME).
• Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required.
• Contribute to providing solutions for work-related challenges.
• Assist in the comprehensive documentation of application processes and workflows.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide valuable technical insights.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Node.js.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Express.js, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs.
• A strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience utilizing version control systems, with a particular emphasis on Git.

Additional Information:

• The candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Node.js development.
• This position is based at our office located in Chennai.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
