Application Developer

About the Role

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meticulously gather requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure applications are optimized for peak performance and exceptional user experience. You will also engage in critical troubleshooting and debugging to enhance application functionality and user satisfaction, all while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate effectively and manage the team to achieve project goals.
• Take ownership and responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to foster their skill development and knowledge enhancement.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure high quality and adherence to industry best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in React.js.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Node.js.
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Java Standard Edition experience.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js.
• This position is based at our Accenture office in Bengaluru.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
