Summary
As an Application Developer based in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with various teams to understand their unique needs, developing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring that all applications are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives. You will also actively participate in problem-solving initiatives, offering valuable insights and recommendations to optimize application performance and elevate the user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should possess strong influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
- Provide solutions to cross-team problems and address business area challenges.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and stakeholder feedback.
- Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management.
- Strong understanding of application development frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with integration tools and technologies.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment and management.

Qualifications
15 years full-time education is required.
Additional Information
The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
