About the Role

As an Application Developer at Accenture in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to precisely meet diverse business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with your team to deeply understand project needs, developing robust application features, and ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of applications. You will also actively participate in problem-solving discussions and contribute innovative ideas to continuously enhance application performance and elevate the user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Be expected to perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area.
• Required to actively participate and contribute in team discussions, sharing insights and solutions.
• Contribute effectively in providing solutions to work-related challenges and problems.
• Assist in the comprehensive documentation of application processes and workflows.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills:
• Proficiency in the Japanese Language is essential.
• Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Cobol Mainframe is advantageous.
• A strong understanding of various application development methodologies.
• Experience with software testing and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with database management and data integration processes.

Additional Information:

• The candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience related to the Japanese Language.
• This position is based at our office in Bengaluru, India.
• A prerequisite of 15 years of full-time education is required.
