Application Developer

About the Role

As an Application Developer specializing in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet critical business process and application requirements. This role involves a typical day of close collaboration with various teams to deeply understand their needs, developing innovative solutions that align with strategic business objectives, and ensuring optimized application performance and user usability. You will actively participate in problem-solving, offering support and implementing enhancements for existing applications while adhering strictly to best practices and organizational standards.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your domain.
• Collaborate with and manage team members to ensure optimal performance.
• Take ownership of team decisions and outcomes.
• Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide effective solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team growth and capability enhancement.
• Monitor project progress diligently and ensure the timely delivery of all application features.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Strong understanding of business process integration within SAP environments.
• Demonstrated experience with application configuration and customization.
• Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques.

Additional Information

• Minimum of 7.5 years of experience specifically in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is required.
• This position is based in our Bengaluru office.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
