Accenture is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet critical business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with diverse teams to understand their needs, develop solutions aligned with strategic business objectives, and ensure optimal application performance and user experience. This position involves active participation in problem-solving, providing support and enhancements to existing applications, and staying abreast of the latest advancements in application development technologies and methodologies.
As an Application Developer, you are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will collaborate with and manage the team, taking ownership of team decisions and contributing to key decisions across multiple teams. You will be instrumental in providing solutions to complex problems that impact your immediate team and broader organizational units. Facilitating knowledge sharing sessions is crucial to enhance overall team capabilities. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress to ensure the timely delivery of application features.
Key Responsibilities:
