About the Role
As an Application Developer at Accenture in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet critical business process and application requirements. This role involves a dynamic daily routine where you'll collaborate with team members to thoroughly understand project needs, develop innovative and effective solutions, and ensure applications function seamlessly to support overarching business objectives. You will actively participate in problem-solving discussions, contributing to the overall success of projects by ensuring the applications you develop are not only efficient but also user-friendly.

- Expected to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Marketo Engage.
