Application Developer

As an Application Developer at Accenture in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications that precisely meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with diverse teams to thoroughly understand their needs, followed by the development of robust solutions aligned with overarching business objectives. A key focus will be ensuring applications are optimized for both performance and user usability. You will also actively participate in problem-solving, providing essential support and enhancements to existing applications while staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices. This role requires you to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), capable of collaborating with and managing a team, taking responsibility for team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to critical decisions. You will provide solutions to problems impacting your immediate team and potentially across several teams, while also facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities and monitoring project progress to ensure the timely delivery of application features.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Experience with application configuration and customization.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to SAP.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) is required.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite.
