Application Developer

Role: AI-Powered Application Developer

We are seeking a skilled AI-Powered Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying intelligent internal applications that streamline organizational workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, finance, and operations to integrate LLM-powered features such as RAG, structured outputs, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy full-stack applications using Python and TypeScript.
• Build LLM-driven internal tools to reduce manual labor and improve operational efficiency.
• Integrate with enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Prototype, test, and iterate on AI solutions based on real-world business requirements.
• Ensure high standards for data security and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven ability to build internal tools or production-grade business applications.
• Strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, and LLM integration.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and automation platforms like n8n or Zapier.
• Excellent communication and product-thinking skills.

Note: This position follows a US shift schedule. Remote work eligibility commences after an initial 3-month probation period.
