About the Role
Join IBM Consulting as an Application Developer in our Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers). You will be instrumental in delivering deep technical and industry expertise to a diverse range of global clients. Our delivery centers empower clients with locally based skills and technical acumen to foster innovation and embrace new technologies.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage in comprehensive feature development, from inception to completion, and effectively resolve implementation challenges.
- Collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders to understand product and feature issues, ensuring timely resolution according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous learning, eagerly integrating new technologies into feature development to enhance client solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an Angular developer with 2-3 years in the field, complemented by strong skills in Java and NodeJS.
- Exceptional aptitude for rapid learning, critical thinking, and assessing complex issues to mitigate risks. Expertise in analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's Degree is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills. Experience in coaching, teaching, and monitoring Java best practices is highly valued.
