Application Developer

DataAnnotation is seeking a skilled Application Developer - AI Trainer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art AI systems. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and allows you to set your own schedule.

As a member of DataAnnotation's coding team, you will collaborate with a diverse community of over 100,000 professionals, including front-end, back-end, full-stack, and machine learning engineers. Your work will directly influence the advancement of AI development through innovative programming tasks.

Our platform provides an engaging experience where you will work closely with advanced AI models. Responsibilities include creating and solving complex coding problems, developing applications with rich functionality, and performing data analysis and visualization to synthesize insights. Your contributions will help refine intelligent systems that learn and adapt. This role can be a primary focus or a complementary role alongside a full-time position, offering adaptability to your availability and career goals.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and solve a variety of coding problems to train AI systems.
• Produce clear, high-quality code snippets and comprehensive explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide constructive feedback to directly influence the evolution of AI models.

Required Qualifications:

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Exceptional writing and grammar skills.
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is advantageous.
