Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that meet specific business process and application requirements. A typical day will involve close collaboration with various teams to thoroughly understand their needs, developing innovative solutions that align with overarching business objectives, and ensuring that all applications are optimized for peak performance and exceptional usability. You will also actively participate in problem-solving activities, providing essential support and implementing enhancements to existing applications while maintaining a steadfast focus on quality and efficiency throughout your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area of expertise.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure successful project execution.
• Take ownership of team decisions and drive outcomes.
• Engage with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to critical decision-making processes.
• Provide effective solutions to immediate team challenges and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress diligently and ensure the timely delivery of application features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Must possess hands-on experience with SAP HR ABAP.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and development methodologies.
• Proven experience with database management and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with integration tools and techniques within SAP environments.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
