Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. A typical day involves close collaboration with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring optimal application performance and usability. You will also be involved in problem-solving, providing essential support and enhancements to existing applications while staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate with and manage the team effectively.
• Take ownership of team decisions and outcomes.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute to key strategic decisions.
• Provide innovative solutions to challenges faced by your immediate team and across multiple departments.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to foster continuous team development.
• Monitor application performance and implement necessary improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Experience with integrating SAP modules and third-party applications.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and user experience design principles.

Additional Information:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting is required.
• This role is based in our Ahmedabad office.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
