Application Developer

As an Application Developer in Ahmedabad, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to precisely meet evolving business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with diverse teams to deeply understand their needs, translating these into robust solutions aligned with strategic business objectives, and ensuring applications are optimized for peak performance and user experience.

You will actively engage in complex problem-solving, offering critical support and expert guidance to your team members while consistently identifying and pursuing opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within application development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in application development.
• Collaborate effectively and manage teams to achieve project goals.
• Take ownership of team decisions and strategic direction.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute significantly to key decisions.
• Provide innovative solutions to immediate team challenges and across broader organizational teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to elevate team capabilities and expertise.
• Monitor project progress diligently and ensure the timely delivery of all application features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting is mandatory.
• A strong understanding of fundamental financial accounting principles and practices is essential.
• Demonstrated experience with the integration of SAP modules and various third-party applications.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and user experience (UX) design principles is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting is required.
• A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
