Application Developer

As an Application Developer in Ahmedabad, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications that precisely meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with various teams to deeply understand their needs, followed by the development of tailored solutions that align with strategic business objectives. You will also focus on optimizing application performance and usability. Key responsibilities include engaging in complex problem-solving, providing essential support and enhancements to existing applications, and ensuring all development adheres to industry best practices and organizational standards. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing a team to drive performance, making critical team decisions, and contributing to key decisions across multiple teams. You will provide solutions to immediate team challenges and across different teams, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to boost team capabilities, and monitor project progress to ensure the timely delivery of application features. Essential professional and technical skills include proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP. Good to have skills encompass experience with SAP data management tools, a strong understanding of application development methodologies, experience in integrating applications with existing systems, and familiarity with agile development practices. This role requires a minimum of 7.5 years of experience specifically in Syniti ADM for SAP. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement for this position based at our Ahmedabad office.
