The Role: Appian Developer - Manager

You will lead teams to deliver technology-enabled solutions supporting regulatory risk compliance within our Risk and Compliance practice. Responsibilities include building and enhancing Appian-based applications, managing client workstreams, organizing priorities, maintaining timelines, and guiding delivery with integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability in leading Appian solution architecture, technical design, development standards, design reviews, and delivery governance.
• Lead Appian development workstreams for compliance-oriented client solutions.
• Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables across assigned engagements.
• Guide team members through configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Translate regulatory compliance requirements into workflow designs, data models, and application logic.
• Develop Appian interfaces, process models, integrations, and reports to support case handling and monitoring.
• Review technical designs and code to validate alignment with platform architecture and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate issue resolution, risk tracking, and status reporting across client and internal stakeholders.
• Coach junior staff, strengthen delivery skills, and use feedback reviews to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline compliance operations through automation, analytics, and digital tooling.
• Support governance, documentation, and control activities for regulated processes and managed services delivery.
• Lead application health checks, prioritize findings and technical risks, and drive remediation plans to improve performance, stability, and maintainability.
• Design and review Appian Records (Record Types, relationships, security, Record Events) to ensure scalable solutions.
• Experience leading Agile and Scrum delivery, including estimation, sprint planning, dependency management, release planning, and stakeholder reporting.
