Own the entire lifecycle of our mobile application: design, build, release OTA hotfixes, and manage production support (2-3 builds weekly). You will own quality assurance using Jest, React Native Testing Library, and Maestro flows to test critical money paths on real low-end Android devices.

Drive key metrics including install-to-first-order conversion, repeat rate, checkout drop-off, crash-free sessions, and cold start performance. Optimize the core user journey for search, prescription upload, cart management, payment processing, and live tracking to reduce friction and eliminate dead ends.

Prioritize inclusive design by ensuring accessibility for grandparents on older devices, parents in emergencies, and first-time smartphone users through large touch targets, readable typography, plain language, regional-language support, and functional screen reader integration.

Implement performance-tier engineering that adapts to low-end devices and slow networks (2G/3G) via lighter images and optimized payloads. Ensure location services accurately place addresses for delivery promises. Collaborate on a Backend-for-Frontend architecture with Server-Driven UI to update screens without releases.

Leverage observability tools like PostHog, Crashlytics/Sentry, MoEngage, and Meta SDKs for analytics and crash reporting. Utilize AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor) while maintaining high code quality standards. Advocate against poor flows that confuse stressed users during emergencies.
