About the Role
Ariston Consulting is looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with comprehensive knowledge of the Singapore job market and proven expertise in managing end-to-end (E2E) recruitment cycles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring technology professionals across various IT domains, ensuring adherence to Singapore employment regulations and market practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (E2E) for IT roles within the Singapore market, from initial job requisition through to successful onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to accurately define technical hiring needs and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing various channels such as job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, MyCareersFuture), professional networking, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and perform initial HR and technical assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/stakeholders.
- Perform salary benchmarking by analyzing current Singapore market trends and compensation data.
- Manage offer negotiations, finalize employment contracts, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure the accuracy of data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate comprehensive recruitment reports.
- Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet future hiring demands.
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives tailored to the Singapore tech talent market.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 3 years of IT recruitment experience specifically within the Singapore market.
- Must possess a personal computer/laptop and a reliable Wi-Fi setup.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT/technology roles.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and standard hiring practices.
- Proven experience hiring for a range of IT roles, including but not limited to:
- Software Developers (Java, .NET, Python)
- Cloud Engineers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- DevOps Engineers
- Data Analysts / Data Scientists
- Cybersecurity Professionals
- Business Analysts / Project Managers
- Proficient sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Experience utilizing ATS and other recruitment technology tools.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience recruiting for both permanent and contract positions.
- Familiarity with current and emerging tech hiring trends in Singapore.
- Experience working within a recruitment agency or a corporate HR setting.
