AOSP Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Android Open Source Project (AOSP) developer with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves the development and ongoing maintenance of AOSP-based products for a variety of Android devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative new features within AOSP-based products.
• Maintain, optimize, and enhance existing AOSP-based product functionalities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all AOSP-based products.
• Continuously research and stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in AOSP development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience of 2-8 years in AOSP development and general application development.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Java programming languages.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with the Android SDK and NDK.
• Experience utilizing Git and other version control systems.
• Previous experience with custom ROM development is highly desirable.
• A strong grasp of Android's underlying architecture and core design principles.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and debugging skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
