Angular Developer

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Angular Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. With over 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years focused on Angular development, you will play a key role in building and maintaining high-quality, cloud-based web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of cloud-based web applications, from design and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance using Angular. You will actively participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing complex requirements, documenting problem statements, providing accurate effort estimations, and taking ownership of feature delivery. You will also mentor junior team members, evaluate technology decisions for scalability and performance, and write clean, efficient code adhering to best practices. Ensuring code quality through unit testing, automated checks, and CI/CD integrations is crucial, as is proactively exploring new technologies to enhance application design and performance.

• Mandatory Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in web application development, with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Angular.
• Strong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with Micro Frontend Architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
• Preferred Experience:
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Cassandra.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting applications in an AWS cloud environment.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like DataDog.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
