Android Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for talented Android Software Engineers to build native Android experiences with clean user flows, fast performance, and high reliability. You will ship features used by real customers in a global startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build & Ship: Create mobile apps using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
• User Experience: Design clean flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services with a strong focus on UX usability.
• Tech Stack & Integration: Integrate REST APIs (SQL/NoSQL backend) to ensure stable, secure mobile features.
• Performance Optimization: Improve app performance, reduce crash rates and memory usage, and optimize loading states using analytics and user behavior data.
• Innovation: Build AI-assisted (TensorFlow Lite) mobile experiences that genuinely improve the user journey.

We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience shipping production Android apps with strong fundamentals in Kotlin and modern architecture.
• A deep understanding of mobile UX, edge cases, performance debugging, and user flows.
• The ability to move fast without creating messy code; owning the full lifecycle from ticket to deployment.
