Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, native Android applications utilizing Kotlin and/or Java.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to define, refine, and implement new application features.
• Ensure the optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, fixing bugs, and enhancing application stability.
• Integrate with external data sources and APIs, including RESTful and GraphQL services.
• Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code robustness, covering edge cases, usability, and overall reliability.
• Stay abreast of emerging mobile technology trends, modern application architectures, and the latest Android platform updates.

Required Skills and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of Kotlin (preferred) and/or Java.
• Android SDK: In-depth knowledge of the complete mobile development lifecycle and the Android SDK, including familiarity with various Android versions and screen compatibility considerations.
• Architecture: Proven experience with modern Android architectural components such as MVVM, MVI, and dependency injection frameworks like Dagger, Hilt, or Koin.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and standard development workflows, including pull requests and code reviews.
• Testing: Demonstrated experience in writing effective unit and integration tests using frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and Espresso.
