Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to build, enhance, and maintain the Talemexa Android application for candidates and recruiters based in Pune, India. You will develop modern applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, integrate backend services, implement push notifications, and ensure a reliable user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Android Application Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain the application using Kotlin and modern Android practices.
- User Interface Development: Build responsive interfaces using Jetpack Compose following established design guidelines.
- Application Architecture: Implement scalable architecture using MVVM patterns.
- API Integration: Integrate REST APIs for authentication, candidate profiles, and recruiter functionality.
- Publishing & Maintenance: Manage Google Play releases, bug fixes, performance optimization, and unit/UI testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional Android development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, and REST API integration.
