About the Company

This US-headquartered product company is scaling its India hub via a partnership with Flexiple. They are building an Android team to support an app used by millions of daily active users, leveraging a mature codebase and established review culture.

Role Overview: Android Developer

• You will ship features into a high-traffic environment where performance decisions impact millions of sessions daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• App Development: Build and ship features in Kotlin/Java across core modules. Own metrics like startup time, memory footprint, and crash-free rates.
  
  
• Collaboration & Quality: Partner with design/product to create polished screens; participate in code reviews to raise architecture standards;
  
  Debug issues from crash reports and app store reviews.

Ideal Candidate Profile (2-6 Years Experience):

• Solid grasp of Android components, Coroutines, and modern UI toolkits (Jetpack Compose/XML).
  
• Proven experience shipping to the Play Store and root-causing crash/ANR issues.

Preferred: CI/CD pipeline exposure; familiarity with state management/DI frameworks (Hilt, Dagger).
