Olive Crypto is seeking a passionate Android Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications for our Banking Products, working closely with other app development and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct unit testing for code robustness, edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Focus on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements:
- Over 1 year of Android App development experience with strong fundamentals and comprehensive exposure to Android development.
- A strong passion for programming in general and Android App development specifically.
- Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
- Familiarity with unit and instrumentation testing in Android E2E App development, or experience developing SDKs, is a plus.
- Proficiency in modern Android development practices using technologies such as Kotlin, MVVM, Data Binding, Dagger 2, Live Data, Room, and Work Manager.
- A curious mindset to explore new paradigms and a strong drive for continuous improvement.
