Anaplan Support & Developer Role at Mahindra Satyam in Hyderabad

Mahindra Satyam is seeking an Anaplan Support & Developer with 2-5 years of experience to join their team in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India. This is a permanent job opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Anaplan Development

• Design, build, and enhance Anaplan modules, lists, actions, and UX pages using Anaplan best practices like DISCO and PLANS.
• Develop scalable Anaplan models to support enterprise-level planning, forecasting, reporting, and scenario analysis.
• Optimize model performance, calculation logic, and data structures for efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to enhancements and manage change requests within an Agile/sprint-based delivery framework.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Anaplan models, data flows, and calculations.

Application Support & Operations

• Provide Level 2 production support for Anaplan applications, including in-depth issue diagnosis and timely resolution.
• Monitor daily integrations, data loads, and model health to ensure operational stability.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, supporting reconciliation processes with source systems.
• Manage user access, role configurations, and basic security settings within the Anaplan platform.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Certification: Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder (Mandatory).
• Anaplan Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on Anaplan development and support.
• Modeling Skills: Proficiency in module design, lists, actions, time settings, and UX pages.
• Best Practices: Familiarity with DISCO, PLANS methodology, and performance optimization techniques.
• Support Experience: Proven ability in Level 2 application support, issue triage, and defect resolution.
• Data Skills: Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and integration monitoring.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain planning fundamentals.
• Tools: Proficient with Anaplan UX, Anaplan for Excel, and MS Excel.
• Communication: Strong communication skills are essential.
