As a Senior Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will involve:

• Understanding business requirements in a Business Intelligence context and designing data models to derive meaningful insights from raw data.
• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying Power BI scripts, performing detailed analytics and visualization.
• Writing DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
• Analyzing current ETL processes and defining/designing new systems using Alteryx.
• Redefining and implementing technical/strategic changes to enhance existing Business Intelligence systems.
• Designing database architecture required for dashboards.
• Communicating effectively with team members and end-users.
• Applying data analytics principles and ensuring adherence in applications.
• Managing competing priorities while collaborating with customers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment, working across departments and instilling client confidence through quality work, time management, and responsiveness.
• Understanding ERM or standard business processes (e.g., procure to pay, order to cash, inventory, journal entries) is a plus.
• Possessing strong communication skills, capable of understanding business problems and discussing them with non-data-science stakeholders.
• Comfortably handling ambiguity and competing objectives.
• Client Management: Understanding client businesses and industry issues, developing strong working relationships, and maintaining proactive communication.
• Market Leadership: Participating in business development initiatives, supporting innovation initiatives leveraging technologies like PowerApps and Power Automate, and contributing to thought leadership content.
• Quality Delivery: Independently executing assignments, managing multiple projects and teams, meeting quality guidelines within turnaround times, monitoring project progress, managing risks, and providing recommendations for process improvements. Mentoring junior team members is also key.
• Operational: Ensuring compliance with risk management strategies, managing engagement budgets, and supporting superiors in proposal development and new solution design.
