About the Role

As a Senior Analyst at Roche India (Chennai/Hyderabad), you will join the Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE). You will collaborate with US-based Strategic Analytics & Insights teams to deliver advanced analytics supporting strategic priorities for customers and patients.

Your Opportunity: Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects in pharma commercial operations, including Brand Performance tracking, Disease Market Overview, Patient Journeys (Treatment/Drug Fulfilment), Forecasting, Product launch support, Physician Targeting, Payer Mix analysis, and Marketing ROI.
• Analyze market dynamics and customer behaviors to drive data-driven strategies for therapy area managers and ecosystem leads.
• Manage day-to-day responsibilities by liaising with the GATE internal team across different time zones (IST/PST).
• Create impactful presentations that convey crucial insights, acting as a thought partner to stakeholders.
• Foster an enterprise mindset linking individual tasks to broader organizational outcomes and patient value.
• Provide mentorship and training on analytics principles within the Pharma domain to junior team members.

Who You Are: Qualifications

You hold a bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields (4-8 years of experience preferred), with 2-5 specific years in Pharma/Biotech analytics. A Master's is an advantage.

• Expertise required: US Pharma Commercial Operations, Sales Analytics, Claims Analytics, Product/Patient Analysis, Forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Data Exposure: Proficiency with IQVIA Sales data, 867/LAAD Claims, Veeva/Salesforce, medical databases, etc.
• Therapeutic Knowledge: Experience in oncology, neurology, immunology is valuable.
• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL; working knowledge of Python, R, or SAS required.
• Soft Skills: Demonstrated strong presentation skills with a track record of persuading stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
