We are seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer to architect robust data products and pipelines that directly fuel customer acquisition, enhance user engagement, and drive measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft, build, and maintain high-velocity marketing data pipelines converting raw inputs into trusted, actionable business intelligence.
• Develop scalable, modular data models within Snowflake using dbt to support strategic marketing, customer lifecycle, and growth initiatives.
• Engineer audience activation workflows that seamlessly deliver precise customer segments and attributes into Salesforce ecosystems (Salesforce Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud).
• Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing data assets, ensuring absolute accuracy and reliability for audiences, attributes, and campaign metrics on end-user platforms.
• Design intuitive dashboards, datasets, and self-service reporting tools empowering marketing teams to independently derive answers and drive decisions.
• Partner closely with Growth teams to optimize rental demand generation, validate campaign effectiveness, improve direct booking performance, and refine channel strategy.
• Safeguard the quality, integrity, and compliance of customer data across all marketing programs and communications channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into scalable, production-grade data solutions.
• Continuously automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability across marketing infrastructure.
