Full Job Description

Iris Software is seeking an **Analyst SOC (Security Operations Center)** to join their hybrid team based in Noida (Sector 142). In this role, you will monitor security events using SIEM and security tools to detect and triage threats, analyze logs, and investigate cyber incidents. Key responsibilities include:

Monitoring security alerts, performing log analysis, and correlating events across platforms (SIEM, OS, network infrastructure).
Conducting threat detection, triage, and incident management (identification, classification, escalation, tracking, and closure).
Investigating security breaches (e.g., phishing, malware, brute-force attacks) using MITRE ATT&CK and cyber kill chain concepts.
Analyzing Windows/Linux logs, processes, and security events to identify vulnerabilities.
Using scripting/querying techniques for log analysis and operational efficiency.
Applying networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, ports, protocols) during investigations.
Promoting security awareness and compliance with policies.
Maintaining incident records, documentation, and reporting artifacts.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security operations.

**Mandatory Skills:**

Log analysis & correlation, threat detection, incident management, SIEM utilization.
Analytical/problem-solving mindset, security awareness, and use case detection.
Hands-on knowledge of CrowdStrike EDR, Netskope Suite, and email analysis.
